Terms of Service

1.These terms of service define the conditions for using services provided by QL Games Sp. z o.o.

2.Using our services means accepting the provisions of these terms of service.

3.QL Games Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change these terms of service. All changes will be communicated to clients with appropriate notice.

4.For matters not regulated by these terms of service, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable Polish law shall apply.

1.Quiz Lab - QL Games Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Gliwice at Jagiellońska 3A/V, Tax ID: 6312730438, REGON: 541350830, registered in the National Court Register under number 0001165162.

2.Client - a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses Quiz Lab services.

3.Services - activities consisting of organizing and conducting interactive quizzes and related additional services.

4.Venue - the place where Quiz Lab services are provided, located at Gliwice, Jagiellońska 3A/V.

5.Reservation - an order for a specific service at a designated time.

1.Quiz Lab provides services in the field of organizing interactive quizzes for groups.

2.Services are provided at the Quiz Lab venue.

3.Service reservations can be made through:

−Filling out the reservation form on the website quizlab.pl/booking

−Phone contact at +48 666 621 642

−Email contact at: rezerwacje@quizlab.pl

7.A confirmed reservation is binding for both parties.

8.The client is obligated to arrive punctually at the agreed time.

9.In case of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, Quiz Lab reserves the right to shorten the game time or cancel the reservation.

1.Only adults with full legal capacity may participate in the game.

2.Minors who are at least 14 years old may participate in the game only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3.The consent referred to in item 2 may be given in writing or by the personal presence of the parent or legal guardian at the venue before the game starts.

4.The organizer reserves the right to verify the age of participants and to refuse participation to those who do not meet the above requirements.

5.Persons under 14 years of age may not participate in the game in any form.

6.Participants are obligated to follow the quiz host's instructions and venue regulations.

7.The following are prohibited:

−Bringing your own beverages

−Smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes

−Disrupting the game

−Using physical or verbal violence

−Damaging venue equipment

13.Quiz Lab reserves the right to remove from the venue persons violating the regulations.

14.Damages caused at the venue are the responsibility of the person who caused them or the legal guardian in the case of minors.

1.Fees for quiz participation and any additional services are specified in the price list provided by QL Games Sp. z o.o. on the website quizlab.pl.

2.Prices for companies are provided as gross amounts, including VAT.

3.During reservation, participants may pay online (card, bank transfer, BLIK) or at the Premises (card, cash, BLIK).

4.A consumer who concluded a distance contract (e.g., by reserving and paying for a service online) has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring costs – in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

5.If the consumer agrees to the commencement of services before the expiry of the withdrawal period (e.g., for reservations in the coming days), they lose the right to withdraw after full performance of the service.

6.QL Games Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change service prices during holidays or other special occasions; however, the price given at the time of ordering shall apply.

1.To use a discount, please enter the code in the reservation form available on our website. After entering the correct code, the price will be automatically adjusted by the appropriate discount. We reserve the right not to include the discount code for corporate team building events, invoiced games, or custom event organization.

2.A voucher entitles you to one game at Quiz Lab. To use a voucher, please make a reservation through our website and write in the comments about wanting to use the voucher. Please choose cash/card payment on-site. Before starting the game, please present the voucher to an employee. We reserve the right not to include vouchers for corporate team building events, invoiced games, or custom event organization. A voucher can only be used once and only for one game, without the possibility of refunding unused amounts.

3.QL Games Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change promotion terms at any time.

1.Reservations can be cancelled or moved to another date:

−Without additional fees - at least 24 hours before the reservation time

−With a 50% reservation value fee - within 24 hours before the time

−No cancellation possible - within 2 hours before start or after the game begins

5.In case of cancellation due to reasons on Quiz Lab's side, the full amount will be refunded or the reservation will be moved to another date according to the client's preference.

6.Quiz Lab reserves the right to cancel reservations in case of force majeure or other circumstances beyond Quiz Lab's control.

2.Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

3.Personal data is processed for:

−performance of the service contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),

−compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),

−marketing purposes – only with the Client’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

7.Data is stored for the period necessary to perform services, and thereafter for the period required by law or until consent is withdrawn (for marketing).

8.Data recipients may include payment, IT, accounting, and legal service providers, to the extent necessary to perform the contract. Data may also be processed for analytical and statistical purposes, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

9.The Client has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

1.Complaints regarding provided services can be submitted:

−Verbally - directly at the Quiz Lab venue

−In writing - to the company's headquarters address

−By email - to rezerwacje@quizlab.pl

5.Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of submission.

6.The response to the complaint will be provided in the form in which it was submitted, unless the client wishes a different form of response.

1.These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of publication on the website. In the event of changes, the new version shall be effective from the date specified in the notice of change.

2.In case of disputes, the court with jurisdiction over Quiz Lab's headquarters shall have authority.

3.If any provision of these terms of service proves invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

4.The terms of service are available at the Quiz Lab venue and on the website quizlab.pl.

1.Vouchers entitle the holder to use Quiz Lab services up to their nominal value.

2.Available voucher denominations are: 100 PLN, 200 PLN, 300 PLN, 400 PLN, 500 PLN.

3.The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

4.The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.A voucher can only be used once. Any unused portion of the voucher's nominal value will not be refunded or transferred to another date.

6.Reservations using a voucher can be made via the website, by phone, or by email.

7.The voucher must be presented before the game starts.
